What about using a pair of seibon cf front fenders. Then what would need to be done to the rear?

why not. 18x9.5 advan tcII. 2mm spacers in front. slammed with no finger gap...no rubbing or fenders rolling at all.

I run 275-40-17 RA1's for drag and track use. I love them so much more than my daily tires (275-35-18 Proxes 4's). I need to change back to my aggressive street alignment from my summer drag alignment and that'll change some. As far as rubbing, not really. Even with -1.1* camber they are 38mm offset so they are in quite aways in comparison to the 18's which are 25 in the front. Rears are rolled and pulled so they never rub out back.

fronts are fine, I run a 285/30-18 on an 18x9.5 +25 (+35 with 10mm spacer = +25) with no riubbing or mods to the front, the rear is wear the fenders get in the way
