I bet you could fit it through the hole behind the shock tower on the passenger side. You would want to run some loom over the wire since its going to have to cross the engine bay.

Yeah I was planning to cover it just trying to figure out how I'm going to get to the engine bay from the cabin. Is that hole behind the glove box?

rule of thumb in the 12 volt world, run the cable on the same side as the battery and fuse it within 6 inches of the battery. You wil not find a grommet on the drivers side you will have to drill and put your own grommet, monster cable makes great grommets..

Oh and this thread shuld be in audio and security forum

I just thought this was the place, considering I have an evo.... my bad.
Why on the same side as the battery?

The fuse is within 6 inches of the battery I knew that one.

There's a rubber plug on the passenger's side all the way in the corner of the firewall. If you have a boost gauge you know where this hole is. On the same token, if you have a boost gauge, there might not be enough room.

theres actually a boot on the driver side all the factory wiring runs in through it. You have to pull the fender liner down to run your wire and its actually on the driver side right in front of the door look underneath the insturment cluster and u will see it. It lets out right into the factory fuse box under the hood
