QUESTION: You guys think I could beat his supra with bpu, boost at 18psi?
My mods are in the sig plus boost controller, fuel pump, safc, and tune.

I wouldn't win even from a stop? I drove his car, it pulls crazy on third gear, but I don't think it's as fast as my evo in first and second.

I didn't see anything about a clutch or anything in your mods list, but it has mods, and it's an 03, and you sound like you like to race (apologies if that's not so), so I assume it's had the clutch replaced. Me, I'm driving to save $$ so I'm still on the stock clutch at 30k. I don't know about you, but from the way my car drives every day I know this clutch doesn't have a lot in it. So think about that... Unless that is upgraded, I don't see how our cars take so many other cars off the line. He's just 2WD and can get launched at lot easier than we can. I've never tried it so maybe I'm wrong, and I've seen a lot of videos of Evos being launched well. So from a stop, unless you launch the hell out of it, I don't think you could win. Like you said, maybe in 1st or 2nd cuz yeah at 3200rpm in 1st it's a treat. He's got way more top end (unless you have a tune, didn't see that either). But I don't know how many mods he has either. The Supra is coveted for a reason...

I'm still on stock clutch, atleast that's what the previous owner told me.
My mods will be tbe, knn drop in, fuel pump, bov, boost controller at 21psi, safc 2, and tune as stated in my first post.

His mods are hks tbe, stock intake, boost controller at 18psi.

 

THAT'S WHAT I WOULD LIKE IN MY GARAGE !!!!

 

Supras have some nice handling, if he was racing a school bus i woulda said that. Not a supra.
