are those jdm headlights or did you just get the orange reflectors or overlays?

That bumper looks like an Evo retainer.

 

He bought it used from a guy from Utah, that front bumper was a replacement for one that shattered at an autocross event... It's unpainted Veilside to save trouble with paint damage. I've seen that thing in many of it's stages, and raced it on the freeway, you got a great car for a great price dude have fun with it and make sure it see's its regular dosage of track events!

You didn't get the point.

 

Goof Off will probably work if its just a scuff mark from a cone...just wipe it on....wipe off the park and go back over with some detailer spray or just wash it. Should work perfect
