The advice I wanted...there's a nice spot on the passenger's side, near the rear where a cone was hit. left a nasty dark mark that I don't know how to take off....tips? buff/wax? just some elbow grease and some soap? lemme know!

 

honestly, everyone will just say "THATS HOT" or "NICE" or any other relatively cliche compliments like that whenever they see a pic of an evo...go figure

anyway try carwash soap..if that doesnt work then try buff/wax but be careful with that; you wouldn't want to buff TOO much

Try Mother's Clay Bar with an instant detailer like Meguiar's, then wax. Same rules apply for the clay as wax - do small areas at a time and not in the direct hot sunlight. Stuff worked wonders on my old Mustang (I have not "clay'd" my Evo yet).
