Keeping Car Clean During Winter

Want to hear some of your ideas on how to keep you car clean during the winter?
I know to clean it but seeing if there was any tricks so you dont have to clean every week in the freezing cold?

I just waxed mine two days ago. I doubt that will help from washing it more frequently, but it made sure made a difference!!

Drive like a puss, get mudflaps, keep it waxed/sealed, and don't have fun in the snow. That will keep you clean, but I'd rather just keep the same washing regiment and continue laying the smackdown on my car. Slightly biased opinion as I currently work at a heated drive thru hand car wash......

I bring it in my bodyshop once a week and give it a good ole cleaning, and every two weeks or so I put it up on the lift and wash the underside.

def, give it a good wax before the salt is laid for the 1st time...and everytime there's a break in the temps...I don't know 50 degree days here and there...wash it and wax it again.

props . Especially doin that in Chicago. Good luck with below 0 degree weather. That's a challenge.

The best thing ever is a garage and a beater. Unluckily I don't have a beater and my garage is basically a huge storage shed.

Just give it a good wax before winter and just relax. I use to get so worked up about keeping it clean in the winter until I realized it's always going to look a little dirty (damn melted brown snow on the road!).

there is this place where they hand wash you car with a hose and wax just like you would do yourself at home. i will see them every 2 weeks during the winter.
