isnt this a stock colour? I think its just because of some lighting or photoshop that made the colour looked lighter...

Something similar actually has been done before. As I recall, the owner sold his car to some guy overseas for a HEFTY profit. The guy who was buying apparently liked the color and thought the car was something uber special.

i hate to give this as a source but if you have the 2 fast 2 furious dvd , look at the "tricking out a hot import car" special when they use the candy apple red with a base coat of solar gold metallic on an evo 8...IMHO i think it looks sick...just dont put those nasty *** graphics on top of that beautiful paintjob

Came from the Ralliart site. I don't think it's a stock colour. Looks like red with a tint of orange and a little black. I'll try to get a few more pics...

Thats what our red ix mr looks like. They changed the color in 06 from rally red to phoenix red..looks way better IMHO. If you are gonna do a red scheme the red of our stock valve covers is sick...
