Worth the wait

Finally get to post up my new shoes. 18's with 235-40s. Car is lowered ~ 1.25" front and ~ .75" in the rear on Buddy Club Race Spec coilovers.

Was gonna go with 17's but am so glad I went the extra time and money for the 18's. Looks and handles much better.

I have 18x9.5 +35mm Hyper Black FN01R-c's and I hate the color of them on my apex silver evo. I am now powercoating them black to give it more of that race style.

17x9 35 offset. Right now, i'm running 275 toyo ra-1's, but not for the non-rolled

255's fit just fine, and in hindsight, if i had it again, i'd stick with 255's. If i remember right, it's like 2 down in the front, 1 3/4 in the rear. Running the kw's, per robi.

...and yes, my stock lip has scrapes on it....not from curbing, but from braking

( runnin on stock wheels in the wet )

Cool, I'll be on 255/40/17 BFG KDW 2's with the 17x9 35mm offset FN01R-C's. Recommend anyone to pick up spacers and lugs from by positive personal experience?

shouldn't need any spacers, i didn't. I'm using the mcgard lugs, they're 2 piece, so you don't turn and kill the inside of the wheel, however, after a year or so, theres a slight touch of rust on them, but i guess you can't have it all

I'm kind of in the same boat. I have 18x9.5 +35mm FN01R-C's in hyper black as well. I really don't hate them but sometimes wonder how they would look in a less blingy color. I'd really like to see how they turn out if you get them done in black. Definitely post pics or send some my way.

Here's a couple pics I snapped in the garage.
