I just got the word from APR that the pre-orders for their rear diffusers will start in about 3 weeks. They are finalizing the prototype diffuser!

They will be selling two types of diffusers...the one for the widebody kit and one for the standard bumber

I guess IX bumper money will stay in my pocket until I see the look and fit of the APR diffuser set up.

Im sure it will be nothing but hotness!

 

you have any pics what this will look like?

Dang and I just ordered my jdm evo 9 rear

 

It will be a direct bolt on...no need to cut the USDM bumper

 

Man i can't wait for this, it will definitely match my apr splitter. I hope the price is right.

 

Wow, good news! So this diffuser will supposedly fit the USDM VIII and IX rear bumper?

 

the rear diffusers will fit the evilR kit and also the stock usdm evo8 and evo9!!! soo sweet

I talked to APR earlier this week and this is what they sent me for comparison. It will be similar to the Sti diffuser they are making

too much $$$$$=no diffuser for me!!!

 

IIRC the sti one is going for $600 or so, i remeber it being almost the same price as the hks kansai one

 

i think i paid 495 for my apr widebody diffuser...so the stock one hopefully should be cheaper then 495 b/c its not as big as the wide diffuser
