MR Shift Knob Question

MR Shift Knob Question

Does the knob unscrew from the little "neck" part? Or is it one piece? I want to attach the leather knob onto it like this:

holy sh*t wtf why didn't you just try it would have took 2 seconds you spent more time taking a damn picture and typing then it would have to just unscrew it

I don't. I was thinking of putting my 5-speed knob on the "neck" part.

Your five speed knob won't work. The six speed knobs have a recessed threaded portion so that the reverse lockout collar can retract into the knob.
