its very light, just a little bit heavier than the stock one, well if you subtract all of the plastic push plugs that the stock one uses it probably weighs the same, Ha ha ha

i'm about to order one right now cause i had about enough of taking those hated plastic clips out! i heard you have to remove the panel to change oil though. oh well, 6 bolts to change oil is better than 32 clips to tighten IC pipe!

but it'd be great if we got a better picture from underneath, or a picture of the panel laid out with the front distinguished and the mounting points highlighted...

The under panel is not connected to the front lip, its connected to a bracket that comes with the underpanel that mounts to the frame where the intercooler is mounted, I dont see why this would not work with an after market lip. It should work just fine.

The weight on the panel is right around 13lbs. A little heavy in my opinion but if you look on the positive side, it creates smoother airflow under the car and acts as a "guard" of sorts against debris flying underneath the car, AND it's a lot easier to take off compared to the stock undertray.

what about oil changes, do you have to remove the whole tray or does that plate with the 4 bolts come off for EASY acess to the drain bolt and filter
