It was the way the light was hitting the car/windows. If you look at the third pic you can tell it's more like 35%. The first two pics had light coming in therefore it may seem lighter than 35% to you. Nonetheless, it's 35%.

 

dang if that's 35%...how is 70%? the legal limit in so cal for fronts
