And you have to wear a helmet at your track, no matter what time you run? That kinda sucks.

Anti lift kit has nothing to do with it and it wont help it. They effect castor. May be coilovers would help but that weigt transfer helps traction in the rear.

who is the other evo in your gallery it kinda looks like 3240's supercharger/turbo setup in the front but i could be mistaken?

I think when I used to goto Gainesville, if you ran under 14's or 13's you had to have one, don't know if that is the standard or if it's different from track to track.

At Orlando Speedway, it was once 12.99 and faster, helmet req. Than they uped (or downed) it to 13.99 or faster. But I have been with my car, bring a helmet everytime, ran 13's, ran 12's, and they havent said anything. I dont know if they see it in my back seat and just think I had it on or what, but its strange that they dont enforce.

I was thinking they changed it just because running 13's or faster is so common now a days, but why change it if you dont enforce it?
