if that's using the HIDS to blink, your probably going to kill your ballast.

Its made for HIDs, if it does kill my ballast, thats alright... Its just sik to have...

yup it does! I call it cop mode! It also works well with stop lights!

No such thing. An HID bulb is not meant to be turned on and off in succession. Just taping that video alone you probably killed of 300+ hours from the life of the bulbs.

Yeah, thats fine, but the instructions has it diagramed from HIDS. But buying bulbs is no biggy, what like 120 bucks for a pair...
