I actually made my own plugs and it was not hard. Go to Autozone or where ever and pick up some rubber gromits. The ones I got came with 2 big round ones and two flat round ones so I had to pick up 2 packs ( for the flat ones). I then bought the spray paint that matched my paint code and sprayed down the gromits with a coat or 2 of the paint. Before I put them in I coated the bottom of the gromit with some silicon and placed it in the hole. Works good, the paint just started to crack (4 months later) but thats a really quick spray paint fix (make sure you tape off the area!). All in all it cost me like $15 and the paint actually matches better than the pen i got from the dealer.

It cost me $300, done by a body shop. Wing removed, holes welded closed, bondoed, sanded smooth, and trunk lid repainted and clearcoated to match the rest of the car. It came out fairly nice, and I much prefer the look of the car without the wing. I also appreciate the very noticeable reduction in unwanted attention.

There is a pic in my registry... I used clear rubber adhesive feet from Home Depot.

i would rather buy a carbon fiber trunk lid than spend the money on getting the hole filled
