You went to that race? Lucky son of a *&^%$. Did you get to snap any pics of Kimi or Button? If so please post.

 

It is actually NA V8 with 420hp that spins to an excess of 8,000 RPM, by far it's biggest problem is weight. It is no feather. About 500lbs heavier then an already portly Evo. They both just hide it well.

 

r.m.s i dont know which race you are referring to.. There are major races in the Autodrome here and there are many autocrosse on almost a weekly basis.. The competitors are mainly:

- bikers, street bikes and race-only bikes
- there's the VW Golf GTI group of cars that are kept stock engines, yet modded with suspensions and stripped to the bones, slick tires and many others.. great performers!
- Street cars (evo's, M3's, lambos, ferraris, porsches...)
- Those little cars *cant remember the names!!* that are kit cars with twin hayabusa engines that go faster than bullets.. they're damn quick!

that sounds about the same price as the FQ 400, it be that would be a good matchup

 

MINES, they still do the 100km/hr in 4.7secs.. Their top speed is even more.. I dont see myself handling an RS4 the way i do with an Evo.. The weight is a drawback but i think they're as good on track.. They're just not 'toys' the ways and evo is! More over, i dont see myself getting an RS4, and spreading guages and modding exhausts and flashing the system as i would do in an evo!

They're far more 'snobish' cars.. maybe when i do my first million!

I agree kind of. I wouldnt mod the interior w/ gauges etc. I would tweak the ecu, ad a better filter and replace the exhaust when a better performing yet subtle exhuast.

 

The ABT RS6 is 550hp.. dunno about torque..

Joizee!! U're so funny! Ya the one with the restaurant is near a restaurant in Jumeira, Beach road.. There were actually some tourists taking pictures near the restaurant at the time, now i figure out why!!

In that class,i would take the M5 E60 instead.

 

RS6 is AWD.. Turbo.. and a lot more sexier.. M5 is such a tanker *but damn quick as well*
