Alexander's Perspective: Evolution X Concept @ NYIAS 2006
Words cannot describe the way I felt when I first layed eyes on this car. I spent a solid hour by this car on press day for the 2006 New York International Auto Show, and feel head-over heels for the Concept X. Each body line, each angle, each and every flick of the designer's wrists keep you out of breath when you witness the monstrosity and pure elegance of the Concept X - the car captures your heart and attention immediately, and you don't want to ever let go.

Prior to attending the show, I studied a few of the well known images of the Concept X since it has been covered pretty well overall, so I tried to focus on some of the elements and lines of the car that you can really only appreciate and notice when seeing the car in person - and that may be difficult to percieve digitally. Hopefully some of you notice a few lines or elements that you haven't before =)

are those 6 pot brembo for the front or the rear? must be a beast to need more stopping power.
*edit*
those looks like 6pot brembo at the rear. looks like 6pot front aswell. alot of stopping power

great pics!
Still think the 10 just looks plain goofy. The front looks like the front of a big-rig, the rear tail lights are way too small for the size of the ***.
the rear shots just look, weird.. cant really explain it. all in all, i give the X a 3/10 in styling. Call me crazy, but I think the current honda-civic looks nicer.
Where's the intercooler too!?

yeah but it is still just a concept car. the production model may be a far cry from the concept car. always happens that way. it would be nice if it actually was just like the concept, but due to manufacturing processes and production changes due to cost, it is unlikely that it will look EXACTLY like the concept.

very very very very very very nice.......that is pretty much the best photos i've seen of the X by far! good job....now i can really get a perspective of what it would look like in person
I love how stocky and tough it looks from the side, nice capture.
I do hope they tone down the blingy chrome tail lights...they would look nice gunmetal on any color of car. Color matching that front beam across the grill would be nice too.
