Not sure about spacers but I found some info on the wheels just a couple days ago here Speedhunters.com it says that they're 18"x10.5 +10. Which I think I also read is a custom made offset just for the Cyber Evo team.

I believe that is the TECHNICAL FACTORY HIRANO Front bumper + canards

Yeah that would make since because AME says biggest size is 18x9?

Biggest size for what, stock fenders? Sounds about right, depending on the offset. I'm running 18x9.5 with lightly rolled rear fenders. Those time attack cars are running full-on widebody kits with major offset. If they ran less offset, they could stuff 15" wide wheels under there without much problem, but you get to a point of diminishing returns when you start getting so wide.
