Their custom. Volk has their normal colors for each wheel, but they also have the option of chosing a custom color... like maybe that black, with the polished lip...?

I dont think they have less spokes? I'm pretty sure they both have same amount of spokes.

Those are custom from VOlk; LE28N. The difference between the LE and the CE models are:

LE= Polished lip
CE= Color matched lip

Both CE and LE have the same size lip, spoke count, etc... just the LE has the polished lip and the CE is color matched. Same goes with the TE37 and LE37.

he's right... these are Volk LE28n's gloss black 18x8.5 +30 offset...
fits perfect on evos!
