I don't think the Lambo doors look all that bad, i'll agree that I wouldn't put streetglow underbody lights on my car...ever...but props to going out and doing something differnt, who cares what people think, as long as you like it.

Why would you first get lambo doors without at least lowering a little? What is with the blacked out headlights. That is some 80's early 90's cheese that I had on my old Daytona Turbo. Eewww!

My statement was not vague. No one else had any problem understanding what was stated. Perhaps it was your own intelligence, or lack thereof, that caused my statement to confuse you into believing it was vague. Or maybe its your ignorance and inexperience of the import scene which disallowed you from understanding the rather simple comment.

Regarding to what is rice and what is not, I think that most people were not in the scene long enough to remember what started it all. The term "rice" was coined for the addition of stickers ("H" and "A" symbols on Toyotas, etc.), or large wings and body kits that served no purpose on front wheel drive cars that did not even have enough horsepower for them to need any source of downforce. Altezza tail lights came later, but those created by APC and other such companies are rice. Although I personally don't like the EVO 8 tail lights (which is why I swapped my 9's for 7's), it is not "rice" b/c these are factory tail lights. Check out most Japanese cars, and notice most cars come factory with oval-shaped red lights (i.e. mitsu montero, toyota supra, is300, lancer, g35 coupe and 4-door, etc.). These taillights are OEM equipment. Stickers that are added to make cars LOOK faster, rice. Stickers that are added for sponsorships (free tires, free rims, etc.), business. Get it straight.

I also want to point out that even though I call this rice, computerguy asked for the opinions of the members of this board, so I stated what I believed it to be. Someone said Form and Function dictates what is "rice," then I find it hard to understand how the addition of this "form" creates a pratical functionality. therefore = rice.

But again, this is not my car, and it's not my money that is spent. if computerguy wants to use his money on this part, it's not like my calling it rice is going to affect his decision on what he did or likes. and we all move on.
