Yes but buffing by hand will show little to no results. You have to use an electric polisher with a cutting pad and quality polish to see results. Bring it to a good deatailer and see what he recomends.

Ok...Well then I wouldn't worry about industrial polishing compounds and machines. I had my NEW IX COVERED in overspray for about 2 weeks baking in the hot florida sun. Clay Magic took it all out. Someone from here recommended it to me and I will forever live by it now.
