installing carbign craft exhaust shield?

i see some people have installed it without the allen screws. What are you using to hold it on? Double sided tape? And if so doesnt the exhaust heat the tape up enough for it to come off? Thanks in advance.

I used the screws, i figure you could just use the screws on the bottom and double sided tape for the top part since the part fits nice and flush.

I would rather use the screws they sent all around for maximum protection since I think the tape would eventually melt (its above the exhaust!) plus I like the look w/ the bolts in it

I only used two rivets on the bottom. I used to just have it taped with no rivets, but that did not work at all. I don't see a need for rivets all around it and I think it looks like crap.

Here is a pic.

you just need 2 screws or rivets in the bottom. one on each side, and double-sided tape up top will hold it just fine. Thats how i had mines, with no problems.

I wouldn't even use the tape because it is more flush with the bumper if you do not use the tape

The carbon heat shield from Carbign, they included few really nice looking allen bolts( very small ), I installed all of them on mine, they look pretty good.
