Razorlab, in your picture, if you draw a line from the "O" in Pilot on the tire up to the rear of the door handle, is that where the crease is? Also, is your passenger rear door dented? The reflections look a little wavy like there are a couple dents?
The rear fenders certainly are a tricky area to mess with. The spot welds that join the inner fender liner to the outer quarter panel can cause creasing of the lip area when you try to fold that area up. It doesn't want to move the same as the rest of the lip.

nicely done. i have rolled and slightly pulled fenders on my 240's. one of my friends and I did it with the eastwood roller - turned out very nice. I'm not familiar with evo fender construction but one thing to look out for if your fenders are double layered are the spot welds. if you try to pull too far after rolling the welds will turn into waves.
(ps, don't ever try to roll and pull with a bat. the previous owner of my other 240 did it with a pipe or bat i think and it's not very clean at all)

Are you guys still keeping the fender liners when running 265 or bigger??? I shaved my front fenders yesterday and was about to do the same to my rears tomorrow so I could fit my track rims on, but the wheels seem to ru bthe fender liners a bit
