This will fit 275's no problem though.
Thanks everyone for explaining the warping. I thought you guys were talking about the tire rubbing the inside of the fenderwell and causing the fender to warp and I didn't see how that could happen.

Razorlab, in your picture, if you draw a line from the "O" in Pilot on the tire up to the rear of the door handle, is that where the crease is? Also, is your passenger rear door dented? The reflections look a little wavy like there are a couple dents?

The rear fenders certainly are a tricky area to mess with. The spot welds that join the inner fender liner to the outer quarter panel can cause creasing of the lip area when you try to fold that area up. It doesn't want to move the same as the rest of the lip.

nicely done. i have rolled and slightly pulled fenders on my 240's. one of my friends and I did it with the eastwood roller - turned out very nice. I'm not familiar with evo fender construction but one thing to look out for if your fenders are double layered are the spot welds. if you try to pull too far after rolling the welds will turn into waves.

(ps, don't ever try to roll and pull with a bat. the previous owner of my other 240 did it with a pipe or bat i think and it's not very clean at all)

Yup. You can roll and pull without that happening. It happened to me because I got a little greedy and also rushed the job a tad.

There is a little door ding but other than that no. In certain light all evos look a little ripply right where the fender starts to flare on the rear door.

That was EVOlutionary, but I had that problem too. I cut the area and shaved it down a little. It is nasty sharp and pointy from that factory there.

The front liners? Yea they rubbed with 255's even. I just let them wear through.

Just make sure it's just rubbing the plastic liner and not metal.
