Im looking into getting a carbon fiber heatshield for my exhaust, as my bumper is getting a little black, just curious to if there is any difference to the different types of carbon fiber heat shields out there. Lancershop sells two types authority carbon fiber heat shield and a Carbon trix one, one is 100 bucks and other is 144. iwhich company's are you guys using that looks the best and fits nice. Thx.

 

i have the cheaper one from lancershop i think its the authority one...looks great and fits nicely

 

The Carbon Trix one fits like crap.

I too have the one for Lancer shop (authority one) and it fits great. love the look of it

 

Carbing craft's fitment is perfect.

The kit came with four screws but i just decided to rivet the thing on to the bumper, fits perfectly.

 

the guy selling on ebay says its the authority one but he also said it didn't come with any screws. Can i get any screws from like autozone and bolt it up?

 

Yup, you sure can. The screws they supply you with are crap anyway. I used pop rivets to secure mine. Peace.

 

I just put a Carbign on my car last week. It fits pretty well and looks pretty good.
