Spray painted my seat......UPDATED 7/23

So I don't like the blue middle part of the seats. I was looking at buying like a fabric dye and doing it that way. I was thinking it was going to be really hard to dye with liquid, so I was thinking of other options.

Thats about when I heard of and saw the Dupli-Color Vinyl and Fabric spray paint. It was in another thread I read a little about it and pm'd Creamo3(who had done this before) with some questions. ie. Hows it holding up, does it rub off on clothes? He said it holds up good, doesn't come off and that it justs feels stiff.

So I tried it myself and I am happy..

UPDATED:

I think this turned out so great. It is stiff and kinda feels like a brillo pad, I hope that will go away.

Thanks for looking.

Looks good although I like the blue in the pre-06's personally. The nozzles look like a good match from the pics.

I did that to my seat on my 03 a couple of years ago with the same paint and it never rubbed off, discolored, etc..

Very nice option for people with yellow or red EVO's.

Only until I finish all the seats. Come on now, think about it, that was the easiest seat to take out and try this on. I was bored when I got off work and thought I would do it. Now I know its going to look good, I will do the rest this weekend.

And Made_In_Japan, I will try that brush thing, see if it works.

I just did it, so yeah. I drove around for a little while with all my windows down. I expect it to not smell in a couple of days.

Thanks for looking
Yea just remove the lower portion of the rear seat then just remove the two bolts (12mm I believe) and slide the seat up. There are hooks on the back of the seat which are in slots, thus the lifting up/sliding the seat out of those slots...
