Yes, but only on the high traffic seats. The backs stayed stiff, but the color stayed "bright" too.
They were fine to sit in, nothing ever came off on my clothes or anything. And you can't feel the stiffness through clothes.

This picture was taken on 5/11/08, almost 2 years later. (You can see a couple of blue spots on the edges and corners, but that was just missed when I sprayed them)
And from the 1st page/day I did it.

I used the same spray for the headliner as I did for the seats. Its made by Duplicolor. Its made specifically for Fabric & Vinyl.
I used Krylon Fusion plastic paint on the trim pieces.
Both items work great and recommend them to anyone who wants to change the inside of their car. Not the easiest thing to do as far as removal and what not but the finished product is great and well worth it.
