I wouldnt call those "jdm" nto3s. They are regular Nto3's before they added the Matt technology. So they dont have the forging that the newer nto3+m's have. Still a great wheel, and you cant get white here in the US unless you paint them.

My bad, I don't know much about these wheels, as to why they were called JDM. Got these from a friend and that's what I was told. To me they do look great and it's all I cared about. These originally came in white.

 

The white with red lip is called jdm time attack, vs the traditional or american style time attack that is black with a red lip.

 

I REALLY like those in white!
