Depends on your offset and whether you are running spacers or not.

I'm running 265's (9.5 +27 with 10mm spacer) and the tab does not affect me. I get more than a finger clearance at full lock to the tabs.

I did have to cut the side skirt and other piece beside it though (trim along yellow line)

 

did you drill another hole to keep the side skirt secured?

what size tires do you have? rim offset?

I have +27 offset with a 10mm spacer with 255 tires, so Thoe99, if your 265 cleared that tab, i should be fine.

 

Nope, the outermost tab will keep it up along with bolts on the bottom. Sideskirt is still on very firm.

As posted above, i'm running 265's with +27 w/ 10mm spacer. Didn't want to risk any chance of it rubbing it when driving hard, possibly ripping off the whole sideskirt.
