Thank god you were here to give us some official insight on the subject of green wheels.

I think some ricers got into the time machine and went back to the birth of the automobile and put some green wheels on them.

And yes, all of these are original images, I can supply sources if you're so ignorantly skeptical to believe that green wheels are only for ricers and were invented by some asian living in a tree outside of Portland.

You mentioned some people just like to make it nice and clean and drive it.
Guess you were just going off topic. Green wheels are niether nice nor clean.

Just because they are vintage doesnt make green wheels look any less hideous.

But they do look better because on all those cars except one, there is green on more then just the wheels.

ok i am definetly astonished by the lack of maturity from many of you... i can understand and respect everyones opinion, i realize that the web is open "hunting season" but for crying out loud there is no reason to be so damn disrispectfull!! i mean seriously are you guys 16!! grow up!! learn to behave like adults, stop correcting stupid issues along the way like grammer and spelling and focus on the subject at hand... the owner of the this car asked for opinions on the work done to it (so far still in progress btw) not attitude... if you don't like the setup simply say so instead of bashing him... and stop acting like you know everything with the color wheel charts and "oh i've been to Japan and they would never do that" because in truth you don't know that... for all you know there might be a crazy JP person who saw this and is doing it to his wheels right now! and to all you people who feel so ashamed of owning an evo because of this than maybe you shoulden't own one for real, because honestly i'm way more ashemed of being associated with someone like you who can't appreciate a persons originality and passion for cars then with a "ricer"... besides if you feel so strongly with not being associated with ricers then you shoulden't have bought a JP car and stuck to domestic or maybe euro, because i hate to be the one to break it to you... no matter how much you haters may deny it evos are ricer, which is not always a bad thing! anyways i hope we can all lay the hatchet down and just let this one go!

Just coat them pink and epoxy ****** in the place of centercaps, it'd be just as gay looking

Seriously Ryan do not do that, it looks hideous. There is nothing wrong with doing the wheels in a unique color, but that just isn't a color that compliments the car, especially the red calipers. At least paint the calipers something other color at the same time you do the wheels if you do them green.
