Wow apparently there are only two guys with penises on this website and one of them has green wheels!

and to all you people who feel so ashamed of owning an evo because of this than maybe you shoulden't own one for real, because honestly i'm way more ashemed of being associated with someone like you who can't appreciate a persons originality and passion for cars then with a "ricer"... besides if you feel so strongly with not being associated with ricers then you shoulden't have bought a JP car and stuck to domestic or maybe euro, because i hate to be the one to break it to you... no matter how much you haters may deny it evos are ricer, which is not always a bad thing!
anyways i hope we can all lay the hatchet down and just let this one go!

Whoever posted the description of "hideous" summed it up perfectly.
I'm still trying to figure out how painting one's wheels green is "thinking outside the box". Last I heard, doing something outrageous to a car is a pretty obvious strategy for getting attention. Something tells me this didn't require a lot of "thought".

Conversate?
Did Webster's add that one this year?

Apparently in Texas they dont understand that "rice" has nothing to do with country of origin. Its of particular interest to me that in the 60's the same theory of exterior modification had its own name as well. It had nothing to do with country of origin (well at least of the cars) but also defined the modifications.
A Lancer in and of itself is not rice.

whatever i don't care anymore... you guys are missing the point entirely... you don't know how to give constructifve criticisim at all... all you know how to do is bash on someones hard work so if you want to be a child and act in such a pety way go right ahead i'm done for the night!

Granted, "rice" may not necessarily denote "Japan" immediately or directly. Acceptional argument about the 60's idea, however, in the year 2006, the word "rice" is more often than not accompanied by a car of asian descent. Thus, "rice" does represent on some level Japanese cars.

This is the internet. I am so sorry sir, but your thoughts about a car forum giving "constructive criticism" about green wheels on an EVO is a pipe dream...a very big one.
