yeah the cars kinda dirty, I can only see reflections super clear

Is that an HKS Type-R intercooler? If so I thought ii did not fit behind the Evo 9 front bumper without serious cutting. I have the Type-R on my 8 and I wanted to put a 9 front on it but did not want to have to hack the hell out of a brand new bumper.
