I was there for a honeymoon just 2 weeks ago, during Thanksgiving break here. That breakfast was on the 26th and I was told it was bad timing cause there was a race at Subic, so most of the people were not there for the breakfast/fun-run. 
It's great that the wife is cool with the car thing or else I would not have experienced the coolness.
It looks like we "might" be back there in August 07, so I think I'll have to plan some stuff out before then.
All the car stuff happened during the last days of the trip. Not sure sino sila Hespie, pero mukang super yung "funrun" nila. 
I hope I get to see that, the next time. I'll be visiting that forum you have mentioned.

FYI, the best roads here are the Skyway and NLEX for Vmax. That why on early sunday mornings, it would be normal for you to see not less than 5 Ferraris, or Porsches, Lambos, etc overtake you on those roads.
wow awesome cars...must've gone to the wrong province when i went home...evo V - VI's are my faves...i was in ozamis last time i was there (2yrs ago) and with the lack of pavement/ traffic lights - i would find it very difficult to own such exotics as the evo!
