the picture is small.. but i believe its a one off hks kit for thier time attack cars. i think they only made two or three setups for thier cars and ended up selling one

search for 2007 Tokyo Auto Salon pics in show and shine, and you will see a street version of that kit in white (not carbon) I would link it for you but I not that computer savvy.
