CE28 Time Attacks in that size 18 x 9.5, is only offered in a +34 offset.

Yeah the offset is +34 the only way these come, and i plan on getting 265/35ZR18 tires, probbly Advan Neovas or Pilot Sports.

And yes that is my brothers STi in the backround, i will post some pictures of it with my car tomorrow, his car is BAD!
