Mexi cali. Thats what this new herra frush trend should be called.

 

Ya know, back when I got my first evo, I wanted nothing esle but some 18x9.5, +15 , rpf1s. Now 3 years later, I am beating myself up on what wheels to buy. Mainly because of all the hellaflush crap going on now with the evos. I dont want to be thrown in that category. I want something, people will look at and think, " That dude aint messing around" lol. Which is why I am prolly gonna opt for a set of 17x9 with at least a 255 tire.

 

do it. i'm running 265's in the summer.

 

Let's keep it functional yeah? lol.

thanks but the zipties is what keeps the the screw in plastic thing thats of the lip and super glue hahaha. i got it for 100 bucks so im not complaining. i just had to be creative but i love all car styles so this is basically a mix of it all hahhaa

haha on the Mexi-Cali. that was the first thing I thought of too.

Its been a fad in Mexico and in the US among native Mexicans to run rediclous offsets on their step-side chevys.... with the possibility of a stretched or incorrectly sized tire due to budget constraints.

I find it particularly funny that they're being mimmicked by the hella flush crowd. Their attraction for chrome or polished wheels is also STRIKINGLY similar.

Also for all the guys saying "f the haters" I say F you for owning an Evo. Guy buy a Jetta.

Ill admit, some of the cars still look tasteful, but the ones that are dumped on wide wheels are a shame to the evo world.

He posted pics of his car knowing he was going to get opinions of what people though. Why can't people say they don't like it just as much as people saying they do like it? They are just opinions anyways, it's his car, who cares as long as he likes it, but people will post their thoughts when you post pics, nature of the game.
