Testing out new camera/panning shots
Try shooting at 1/60. Some of those shots are 1/10, which is why there is too much vertical shake. Most can't handhold at 1/10, let alone pan.
find a section where the cars can hit 50-70 mph and practice panning at those speeds with your shutter speed around 1/60-1/100. When you pan, you want a section, generally the front or side, to be completely sharp. Except for the last one which has the side mirror in focus, the rest are a bit too blurry. Here's a sample pan shot at 1/80, f/10, ISO 200
