HID bulbs

Hey i have 05 evo 8 ssl and i wanted to change my stock hids bulbs for 3000k bulbs. Does anybody know where ca i find them??

yeah i want yellow look and i didn't ask about your opinions but where can i find those bulbs

there are the regular hids that are on the MR or you can get some sick looking hids from evodave. hes makeing different color hids.

hey man, just look up any D2S bulbs, ebay, any websites...make sure you dont get D2R bulbs, but anyway, if you have the fog lights, just make the fog lights yellow, thats what i see most people do with the fogs, but i dont think the yellowish hid bulbs will look that good, i personally have 8000k in my evo

the reason i want yellow hids is that i have yellow tint on my headlights and when i turn my hids at night my light output is greenish so i thought that when i put yellow bulbs then it's going to look just right. this is picture of my car with yellow headlights:

Yellow HIDs may not fix your problem. I would try to find someone who had done it and see what effect it had for them. What bulbs are you running now?

So for those who don't understand... 3000k (Yellow) is brighter than 5300k (Hyper White) or 6000k (Slightly Blue) or 8000k (Blue/Purple) and so on.

the lower the kelvin temp the brighter they would be, 3000k is one of the brightest
