Ralliart Hood and Trunk...
jod...
whats the matter i dint get a response from you anymore on the product? so i guess that was it? all the proof you have on your product is a bad looking photoshop of a proposal made for ralliart.
and for the guys trying so hard to argue about their hood... again i apologize for hurting your feelings but to me your hoods are not ralliart... theyre just nice looking hoods that wish they were ralliart... to me they are not real... but your happy with them right?.. thats all that matters...
WOW this guy is retarded just quit man.... you didn't have the money for it so stop crying and get a real job and stop wasting your time posting on every site complaining about if its real or not go back and look at your evo with your sebion hood and cry that its really fake...or maybe that hood is to much for you too
bwahahahaha dont worry.. ill make sure to check the way i post from now on.... i dint know this was a spelling bee... but as it seems i was still taken seriously being that jod sent me a pm with a proposal sheet, i got numerous answers to my post and the thread i did on socal blew up on how fake these are in just a few days. so i think i was still taken seriously.

Just stop wasting my f***ing time!
Everyones opinions have been expressed. If you do not think they are real, fine, but at this point, we are stepping in and stopping the fighting. Next person that makes that accusation with out substantional proof gets an infraction.

I love threads like this.
First of all, Hiro, I personally don't care if this hood is made by "Chang in China", RallyArt, or the inventors of Carbon Fibers (arguable) Thomas Edison and Joseph Swan. I pay for quality, and from all of the pictures and descriptions, these are quality products, and I am glad you are bringing them to us Hiro (JoD). I am seriously considering giving you my credit card number to purchase one myself, just so hard to do when I don't have much in my saving's account
As for "Authenticity" Pre-production units are "Authentic". There are no part numbers listed for pre-production units, and sometimes they are sold to recoup development costs, and sometimes they are destroyed. A perfect example of these are Automotive "Test Mules". GM, Ford, and the rest of them always produce pre-production vehicles with prototype parts. Some of these parts are produced by Ford, some are produced by OEMs for the manufacturers at the manufacturer specs. These parts are not assigned a production part number by the automotive company until they enter production, but they are authentic items by Ford, GM, Toyota, etc... Just because it's not in the catalog, doesn't mean it's authentic... For God's sake, look at Barrett Jackson, and tell the bidders that because the 427 Supercharged Cobras are not authentic, because Shelby didn't offer that to the dealers (or have part numbers) two were produced, one for Bill Cosby-later totaled, the other for Carol Shelby himself
As for paint. Race teams paint the carbon fiber because you can't see "vodaphone" or "budweiser" on a black/grey background. Paint does weigh things down, but if we were all so concerned about weight, we would all be driving sand-rails or Ariel Atoms around. You should pull your heater, AC system, power windows, door beams out before you worry about a few grams from paint. We all say we buy carbon fiber for weight, but that's so we don't look like ricers... but the truth is we buy it because we look cool.
I mold my air boxes, speaker boxes and so on out of carbon fiber because it looks cool, not because it saves weight. Call me a ricer, but I love carbon fiber.

They are about half the weight of the factory hood. Hiro from JoD said that it was about 17lbs with the box, and a boat load of packing material.

If that's true, these are the lightest hood and trunk ever for the price. To save that much weight you will need to spend about twice as much for dry carbon fiber versions.
