I didn't think the Time Attacks came in a +28 offset. I thought the 18 x 9.5 was a +34? Maybe I'm confused …

So I wasn't losing my mind … the "true" Time Attacks in a 9.5 would be a +34. But Gruppe-S is "making" Time Attacks … hence the +28 offset would be available.
