04' HID ballast and bulb question

I've searched and searched but haven't been able to find an answer to my questions. I have an 2004 Evo with the factory projectors and headlight assembly. My questions are as follows:
1. Are the bulbs for the Fog lights and High Beams- HID bulbs, or normal bulbs?

2. Do the ballast for the projectors run all the headlight bulbs or just the low beams?

3. If I buy HID bulbs for the high beams and fog lights, will they just plug in and work, or do I need two seperate HID kits?

4.I'm really clueless when it comes to Projector Headlights, but do they have replaceable bulbs inside, or do you have to replace the whole unit?

5. DO I have to remove the front bumper to change the ballast, or can I do this from under the car?

I want to run these colors for the headlights, but not sure if I can just buy the bulds and drop them in, or if I need futher mods...

Fog Light: H11 8000K
High Beam: 9005 5000K
Low Beam(projectors): DS2 6000K

1. no the bulbs are not HID bulbs, normal ones maybe 9004 for the high beams can't remember but it says it in ur manuel

2. ballast run just the low beam HID bulbs, not the highbeam of fogs

3. don't see why u couldn't get them to work, might have to splice some wires, and also where u gonna mount the ballast for the high beam and fog's, it will be 2 seperate ballasts. ballasts aren't the smallest things either when dealing with not alot of space

4. you buy new bulbs and replace the bulbs not the housing's, unless the seal is broke or u crack an housing

5. yes u do, i changed mine about 2 weeks ago, ballast went out on me, it will only take alittle more then an hour for ur first time if u don't have the under tray on to change the bulbs
