That makes it even more comical that someone spent that much money on ugly *** wheels for their "I spent all this money to impress people" car.
And I think the comment about only in new york has to do with all the "ruff rider" wannabe guys who chrome out sport bikes and ride around with their skull cap helmets like they are in a rap video or something.
I think its ugly and retarded, but to each their own. Some people have different taste in style.
