Weekend at Gingerman Raceway!

Spent the weekend at Gingerman Raceway in South Haven, MI. Had a great time with the NASA guys, doing some lessons for comp school, and some other advanced racing skills.

Got the Voltex front end, finally done, including a not so pleasant experience with the front under diffuser, but overall, I think it worked very well.

Here's the car, worked GREAT all weekend. Faster than almost anything there on slicks, using STREET TIRES.

Did a lot of this all weekend... pass cars.

(This mustang was the only car to actually PASS me all weekend)

It was beautiful out, both days!

One of the hardest, and most technical turns to get just right... Turn 11...

Entering Turn 11

Wide shot of it...

HARD turning into 11, check the body roll with even using Buddy Club N1 10k coilovers!

And comin into the pits...

That's all I got... hope you liked the pics!

Oh man, long story.

Short of it is, took over 4 months to get, didn't ship WITH the bumper like it was suppose to, got it, and it was completely wrong, not even a chance at fitting. Took 6 hours of cutting and messing with it, in order to get it to fit.

Nice pictures

If you want to pass more cars over a longer period of time, I'd recommend some RE01-Rs (Bridgestone). Falkens just get greasy way too quickly on track.

Car looks great man. Glad everything was resolved. But thats not like Voltex to have to cut and make things fit. I am pretty sure that diffuser is for the Voltex Bumper.
