Vboy Sh00t: Nils' Track Ready Robispec Built Evo**Clean as h3ll**
maybe so, but from the pics i didnt see anything that sets it apart from a lot of the evos on here...or anything that would make it "track ready"
if it is then
the problem with a lot of people today is they think they can buy a bunch of bolt on suspension parts, do a few engine mods, throw a wing and "jdm" bumper on there and the thing is "track ready"
my "venting" if you will was more directed at this trend that seems to be so popular today, if this car is the real deal then fine, but from the pics it doesnt seem to be anything special, thats all i was saying

+1
this car has a built drivetrain as well as very high end suspension. This car like stated above has won many big events.

ps. I know what you are saying about the bolt on guys, there is many out there, but NILS isnt one of them.
links to this blog? ive heard robispec does good work, but ive never seen any of it in person, so i have to assume its like most evo shops who bolt on parts and call it track ready
lets just say do a "bit" of suspension setup where i work, and it kind of cheapens the good work that people do, who actually know what they are doing, when bolt-on coilovers and swaybars are considered a "track suspension setup"

Yeah bro, just to back up all the stuff us "nils supporters" are saying it would be a good idea to check his videos and blogs at http://www.leufvens.com/ there is a lot of info on there of nils and his car
if it wasnt a street car also id say it could benefit from an adjustable link suspension as opposed to the stock control arms
good to see the evo picking on some of the vipers, i build porsche race cars and there are some skeptics there at work...but ive got something coming for them as well :P
the blog was cool, the videos were good, id like to see a little more in depth specs on the suspension as well

Drop the "holier than thou" attitude, Mr. Rolex Racer.
Dude all you've done since you've entered this thread is dissed on his ride and brag about how you do suspension work and build racecars. You may not want it to seem this way, but you are seeming like an arrogant dick. You could have easily asked for specs instead of saying the car is hardly track ready.

$10 says its bolt on coilovers and sways, which theres nothing wrong with for the weekend DE driver who wouldnt know a real race car if it ran over him
i probably wouldnt have responded after my first post if all the brown nosers didnt jump on me....what i do for a living didnt have any place here until everyone questioned why i was asking questions
