Nice, could not say it better myself. No matter what car you guys can buy it will never be good enough. You ungratefull ****** would pick apart a saleen s7 and a lambo in a minute.

I paid cash for my car so dont say anything to me. I own my own business. If you dont like jap cars then tell the lazy *** union guys to build a real American car.

I just checked my Evo. It actually has floor mats. I really don't look at the floor that often. Probably too busy driving. From what I understand, I even have a CD player. I walked around the car to get in it this morning, saw 3 chips in the paint on the hood. I said to myself "damn that is some THIN paint!". I sat down, fired her up and smiled. Mmmm... Evolicious love.

First time my wife sat in the car she said: "You sure can tell where the money went." as she sat back in the Recaro and grabbed the Momo steering wheel.

I can remember a number of cars I purchased in the last decade that cost over 25K and didn't even come with floor mats. I never thought it was worth more than about 2 seconds of consideration. But hey, that's me.

Sorry should have added the appropriate smiley. I was being sarcastic. I think the car is great. *****in' about floormats is pretty lame IMO, but some people just can't be happy.

BUT seriously..before u act like u kno what the hell your talking about.... go spend 30,000 on the car... and OWN one... i hate people on the sidelines....
I ain't on the sidelines, POD-NAH. I'm on the front lines down in the trenches. Sos I DO kno whut I'm tawkin' 'bout. Is that written so you can understand correctly, or shall we continue this in english?

All I'm saying is relax. Buy yourself some original mats, stick them in a bag, and go get some weather handlers or diamond cut mats like everybody is talking about, and then when you get tired of your Evo, pull out the original mats and stick them back in the car and voila, looks like brand new so you can sell it. Its what grown people do when they buy specialty cars, instead of ***** about it.

These mats rock compared to my WRX's mats. Not to mention on my WRX the mat holder ripped completely out of the cabins carpet. That cars carpet/mats sucked ***. Thanks for not being as sucky as Subaru

I'm just happy it came with mats, go look at cars that cost twice as much as the EVO and the floor mats are freaking options. I always replace my mats with weathertec mats, they now have carpeted ones that can put up with a maine winter, so I'll try those out instead of the thick rubber ones and let you know.

the only thing i'm really disgrungled about is the mat holder, doesn't hold my mat so it gets under the pedals and i have to reach down and pull it out while driving

well the reason the evo didnt come to U.S sooner is because of the huge costs so i guess they had to cut costs in alot of places.

as for the lower stock HP is coz of U.S regulations on the evo.
they need to fully redeisgn the evo to go higher in HP, thats also why mits. were like fuc USA we can afford that ****.
all i can say is there would be no complaints if u guys had real evos from japan. the real thing

hey diesel all im tryin to say is that u would have no complaints from a real evo beause they arnt made quick, cheaply and down tuned (U.S evos) which effects the overall ability to tune it without problems...

im saying this because im not from the U.S and ive seen both evos(U.S spec and original ones) and it would suck if every evo owner in U.S.A started to dislike evos, because of all the probs ive been reading im thinking wow thats super un-usuall to be happining.

so im thinking dont blame the original evo when its only the U.S spec thats short changing owners..

i think you are only seeing a small percentage of EVO owners that are complaining... you never hear about the ones that are happy with their car...

these cars were made in the same place the JDM ones were made... not in the US... so i highly doubt they were just slapped together, and shipped off as soon as possible... hell it took forever for them to get here...

i'm sure they're JDM peeps that have complaints too... not every car that comes off the line is going to be trouble free... that's why they offer warranties...
