Okay, here is the scoop,
For the past three weeks my brakes have been getting chemically stripped due to the clear coat issue. The brakes are now done and i have not picked out the color for them. I was thinking about a dark silver with red lettering but i am not sure. The evo is red and the wheels i have are work emotions gunmetal hwoever i will be getting advan gold wheels in the spring.
Please give me some input and or pics. the brakes need to go to the bodyshop by friday. It will make it easier if the color picked is a oem color but i am open to anything.

i think black w/ red lettering would look sick

 

ehh, maybe. anyone else. this may not seem to be really important but i have to live with this color unless i what to do this process all over again.

I know this sounds strange, but don't blow it off right away: What would White calipers look like???

If not that, you could just go for blue like on the r32

 

White would be a ***** to keep clean.

 

i agree, white would be tough. bon't get me wrong, if i had a white evo i may consider it even more. I like the dark gold idea but do you mean like the STI? I really like the new bremvo color that was at sema but i need to find it as an oem color.

a dark gray w/ white lettering so if they get dusty you cant notice them as much

i would if i had an STI. The brakes were already pink from the fading!!!

 

i really like gold on the red evo's. would i be yelled at for paintingthem gold w/ red lettering? i am also planning on the advan gold wheels. think this combination would look bad?
