A previous post mentioned a shop in England that specializes in rally prepared by the name of AMS...there is no affiliation with the AMS in Chicago. They are Arnside Motor Sports. Follow the link on the page to the carbon fiber parts and you will find some interior door panels in CF. They are not as pared down as the pic in the OP, but they are close. Their stuff is ALL CF and top notch quality. However, with the US economy teetering as it is right now, the British Pound is very strong against the US Dollar, so as a consequence, prices are very high.

Have fun looking at all the pretty CF in there. I look every once in a while just to drool.

BTW, here is a currency conversion website with the latest exchange rates...have fun with the sticker shock!

i'm not interested in the preformed factory looking ones.
this is not for show use as my car is stripped out for drag duty. i was just looking for an alternative to using alum.

where would one find sheets of carbon fiber that is already resined/cleared? basically ready for cut-out.

sheets are easy to find. sheets that big are harder. www.carbontrix.com, ebay.com, etc. but really, making a flat sheet of cf is not all that hard, and a great way to begin learning.

As you refer to my car,for the doorcards/plates,i just bought them as plates on ebay, for 200€ for 4 plates

Check out ebay and ask the sellers on there if they could do you a 1.5-2mm thick plate with shiny topcoat in the right dimensions, will save you some bucks for more important things for your car You can cut it with a sharp metalshear, just leave about 1mm extra material on,and sand that away with sanding paper
