You could call them and ask...but I do know thier are two applications because when I ordered Jeff asked if it was an viii or ix. Not sure about the SE front lip though

You would imagine that APR would send the proper hardware. I would end up using Fender style washers with nylon lock nuts. Anything can rip off the car without proper hardware! The washers in the picture look a little small. Do they atleast include nylon lock nuts, or standard nuts?

The washers I used were stainless steel and I think are big enough. They are a decent amount larger than the hole. The lock nuts are stanless steel with the nylon insert to make them locking nuts. I think they will be fine but using a washer at the head of the bolt and under the nut should make things harder to come apart.

Well, now that the car is off jack stands I finally have an idea of how low this sits.

My car is lowered on megan track coilovers btw.

The splitter doesn't sit any lower than my front bumper would without it.
I guess it just seems lower with the way the car sits IMO.

Well, that is kind of impossible since you added material to the bottom of the bumper...Of course the splitter sits lower than your front bumper would without it...

OK so I am not crazy. I thought I was just lost a few of the washers some how magically. Glad to find out they dont provide enough. Fitment was good on my IX aswell. execpt like 2 of the holes didnt line up exactly. Nothing a razor couldnt take care of. I got mine from Jeff aswell. Good deal a pleasure to deal with

The splitter is super thin material (although it weighs 11 pounds ) so it adds virtually nothing under the bumper. Also, what I meant was the splitter is one piece 100% flat........the stock under panel tray has lower points in areas than this splitter IMO. But thanks for adding constructive thoughts

Good to hear it does not black the drain bolt for an oil change. How about the transmission? I remember removing a portion of the undertray to do a transmission fluid change. Is it easier to remove the splitter as oppose to the bumper?

Im not sure about the transmission change...I have to check. As far as the removal...you can't pull the splitter without removing the bumper. Kind of annoying but pulling the front bumper off isn't really a big deal.
