I do it as a standard fee of $130 shipped back to you.
I've done quite a few and each one I've modified the same night that I received it. I shipped them out the next day. I know it must suck not driving your car or driving it while worrying.

Regardless of whether or not you decide to go with me, you should have someone do it, regardless of whether it costs a little more or not.
