Black vs. Silver
Everyone gets silver. Black has attitude, silver is for old conservative people
, get black!
wash and wax a silver car and it still looks the same
wash and wax a black car and its like you got a totally new car

I own a black evo and I love the color a lot It has kinda a blue flake in it, but Its very hard to wax and wash especialy when its hot out side. Plus when you dry it with a shamie it leaves streaks.
My father owns a silver one the color it has a more sparkly
flake in it. its not to hard to clean, silver would look good with some carbon fiber pieces

2 more cents...
The Altezzas don't look bad on silver.
They blend better on silver paint.
When you sell a black car it will look beat up unless you are very very very very very careful with the paint.
I have over 9000 miles already. The Mitsubishi paint is the worst I have seen. Keep that in mind. If you buff the car five times the paint will be gone. It is not like a thick laquer black that you can keep working on a high end car.

i had the same problem.. but i think i finally got a fix!!!
i kept doing waxings over and over.. i even thought i had taken off all the wax and started over, but it still didnt look good!!!
finally, i got the 3 phase program from Mothers.. HELL YEAH!! it has a pre-wax cleaner (a wax that's not a wax, it just takes all old wax off and any other debris and junk off), which is the first step.. and the second step is a glaze, and the third a carnuba wax..
also, before i did the pre-wax cleaner, i washed the car with dish soap (not normally recommended, but OK if you're waxing right away) to get as much of the old wax off and any crap/bugs off the car...
i did all these steps, and now the car looks gorgeous!!! all i have to do now is wash the car, and while i dry it i use Eagle One Wet detailer spray, and the result is AMAZING!!!!!
try it!
i think the problem is the old factory wax and this is why you have to really start all over!

if i had a choice between black and silver when i got mine, i probably would have gone silver...
but after having the black now, i know i ended up with the right car for me... sure it's more maintainence, but the rewards are worth it...

i would say silver because you cant really see the hood vent or the carbon fiber spoiler in black, well at lease when i saw it in person it was obvious up close but not from afar. i like yellow tho
