Official VOLTEX Picture Thread!
I technically have the Garage HRS front fenders not the Voltex Version rdwngs44 has but Garage HRS is part of the same company as Voltex so same quality
I love the color and and everything of the Red Evo just not the molded in voltex look

Its fairly easy to spot the fakes... With Voltex everything fits like stock. The overall finish is perfectly straight with no waves, dips, or inconsistent lines around the edges.
All of the vents are also perfectly placed and sized to offer more efficient cooling and airflow around the points that need it most. The knockoff's obviously overlook that one lol.

Replica:

Real Deal:

No irony there

Heh, I know what you were referring to, but I just couldn't help myself :P
besides looks, the voltex is wind tunnel tested and can fit extra wide wheels so that is the biggest advantage, the fake you can still put wide wheels i'm assuming but mainly for looks IMO
i'm sorry...but i could have sworn that the voltex front fenders do NOT look so stock as the 'real deal' i thought they also have a gap at where the door meets the fender...thats what i seen from the CYBER-EVO car....this one its really flush....kinda not interested in the fenders after seeing this...
i never thought there were so many voltex puritans out there.
I think the originals do definately look better than the replica's on my evo, especially the larger side vents. I agree that the way both the original and replica fenders curve at the rear end looks a bit lame, especially in comparison to the front fender which is well integrated.
i don't know who made the replicas on my evo, it was an import from Japan and i bought it as is. I don't particularly like the rear fender nor the side skirt, and if (or when) the rear fender cracks i may take it and the side skirt off, and just keep the front fender. Nonetheless, until that happens i'm smitten with my evo....i ****ing luv it.
cheers
